This notice applies to information submitted through the BESONG Aviation website booking request, general contact and partner application forms. It should be reviewed with the appropriate legal and privacy adviser before public launch in each target jurisdiction.
2. Information collected
Depending on the form, the website may collect identity and contact details, company information, route and schedule details, passenger or cargo information, operational requirements, partnership capabilities and supporting documents.
Do not submit payment-card data, passwords, medical records or other highly sensitive information unless an authorised and secure process has been agreed separately.
3. How information is used
Submitted information is intended to be used to assess and respond to the enquiry, develop a charter or partnership proposal, request missing information, coordinate with relevant approved providers and maintain an operational record of the request.
5. Retention
Retention periods should be configured according to business, legal, safety, regulatory and contractual requirements. The included demonstration endpoint stores accepted submissions on the web server; production deployment should define a formal retention and deletion schedule.
6. Security
The website should be deployed over HTTPS. Server access, file permissions, backups, email delivery and administrator accounts should be secured before launch. Uploaded documents should not be placed in a publicly accessible directory.
